The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 puts duties and obligation on employers, the self-employed and people in control of work premises (the Responsible Person) to report certain serious workplace accidents, occupational diseases and specified dangerous occurrences (near misses).

The course has been designed to cover the obligations of RIDDOR, what needs reporting and how reporting in-line with RIDDOR should be performed.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

As part of the National Nursery Training RIDDOR course you will learn:

  • What RIDDOR is
  • What to report under RIDDOR regulations
  • How to report accidents, occurrences and near misses under RIDDOR regulations
CERTIFICATION

Successful candidates will be awarded the National Nursery Training RIDDOR Course Completion Certificate.

Upon Successful completion you will receive a certificate confirming course completion. Accreditation is provided by National Nursery Training. This can be used to provide evidence for compliance and audit. The purpose of this qualification is for the update and continued professional development (CPD).
