- Setting realistic, age-appropriate expectations and boundaries
- Positive strategies that prevent and de-escalate challenging behaviour
- Working in partnership with parents on behaviour
- When behaviour may signal SEND or a safeguarding concern
On completion learners receive an NFAQ-accredited certificate as evidence for compliance and Ofsted.
