Attachment Theory and the Key Person Approach

Secure attachments are the foundation of children’s learning, confidence and wellbeing, and an effective key person approach is a statutory EYFS requirement. This course explains the theory and shows you how to put it into everyday practice.

  • Settling-in: building secure relationships from day one
  • Supporting children with insecure or disrupted attachments

On completion learners receive an NFAQ-accredited certificate as evidence for compliance and Ofsted.
