Due to numerous requests by our existing partner nurseries we are pleased to be able provide a nursery focused GDPR review of your nursery and action plan.
As part of this package our GDPR and Data Protection Consultant will visit your Nursery for the whole day and whilst there:
- Review what information that you presently hold about staff and those in your care
- Review how you use the information presently
- Show you how to map that information effectively to clearly show how information is processed and what you use it for
- Review your data collection methods and forms and ensure that they are GDPR compliant
- Review your privacy and data retention policies and provide guidance on areas that need to be improved to achieve GDPR compliance
- Formulate a bespoke Action plan based upon your settings current position from a GDPR perspective to help you to ensure compliance by 24th May 2018
- Site license for our GDPR for Staff eLearning Course and certificate upon completion
This takes one full day and it is normally recommended that the settings Manager and/or Data Protection Lead are available throughout the day to work alongside our consultant to improve the value that you receive from the day.
