As the Designated Safeguarding Lead, you are the first point of contact for staff, families and visitors whenever a child protection concern arises — so your knowledge needs to be in-depth and up to date. This Level 3 course gives you the confidence to lead safeguarding across your setting, from the legal framework and your responsibilities to handling disclosures and making referrals.
