Description
Room leader is the hardest promotion in early years: yesterday you were one of the team, today you lead it. This course gives new and aspiring room leaders the practical tools to lead practice, run a room and manage people — without losing the relationships that make a room work.

- Planning, assessment and accountability for your room’s children

On completion learners receive an NFAQ-accredited certificate as evidence for compliance and Ofsted.
