The SENDCO has one of the most important roles in any early years setting — coordinating support for children with SEN, leading inclusive practice, and working across practitioners, parents, and external agencies. This Level 4 course, built around EYFS guidelines, gives aspiring and existing SENCOs the knowledge, leadership skills, and practical strategies to fulfil that role with confidence.
