COURSE INTERVIEW

Any act of gender-based violence that results in, or is likely to result in, physical, sexual or psychological harm or suffering to women, including threats of such acts, coercion or arbitrary deprivation of liberty, whether occurring in public or in private life.

Domestic Violence can include using and abusing children in various ways to frighten or force compliance; forced marriage, female genital mutilation and so-called honour-based violence.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

As part of the National Nursery Training Domestic Violence course you will learn:

  • What domestic violence is
  • Signs and indicators of domestic violence
  • Relevant actions and how to report concerns

CERTIFICATION

Successful candidates will be awarded the National Nursery Training  Domestic Violence Course Completion Certificate.

Upon Successful completion you will receive a certificate confirming course completion. Accreditation is provided by National Nursery Training. This can be used to provide evidence for compliance and audit. The purpose of this qualification is for the update and continued professional development (CPD).
