- The mentor’s role: expectations, boundaries and a strong induction
- How adults learn: coaching, modelling and feedback that sticks
- Supporting apprentices through their qualification and assessments
- Wellbeing and confidence — and what to do when a mentee struggles
- Building a learning culture across your whole setting
On completion learners receive an NFAQ-accredited certificate as evidence for compliance and Ofsted.
